![]() ![]() I then reached out to the shipping company myself to see if I can get an address to the location they dropped it off at so I can possibly pick it up, and they never responded back to me. ![]() They told me they needed more time to review my case. I sent an email once again with a picture of my porch to prove it was not my home. They offered me nothing else at this point. They ended with a picture of the package at a location (definitely not my house, but an office building) and telling them they will not honor my request for a refund. They proceeded to send me a long email that basically said it was delivered to my house, and to report it to local authorities if I cant find it because one of my neighbors likely took it. When the 48 hours were up, I reached out to them again (thats right-they didnt reach out to me to update me on an issue I had with their store) and asked for a refund. When I contacted them, (their phone lines are only available for instore purchases, by the way, so you cant even talk to a human being about a problem with their store), I was told I needed to wait 48 hours for them to review my case. My husband and I checked our Ring camera to see if we missed the delivery, but, they didnt show up to our house at all. ![]() Unfortunately, the package never made it to my house. I received an email stating that the products were delivered on Monday, July 24 at about 7:30 p.m. ORDER #: ******** I placed an online order on Sunday, July 16. This company has my money, while I have no products, and they are not communicating with me accurately. Also it is important to note I have been in contact with the shipping carrier and they regretfully informed me that my package was sent via GROUND shipping which is crazy because I PAID for EXPRESS. I dont think it is fair or right for me to have to receive a store credit due to their mishap. On their website they have a store credit only policy for returns. It has been wasted as I am unable to use the items due to when they will arrive. If I would have known there would have been this much delay and lack of communication I would have never spent my money with this company. I have tried to contact the seller and they keep replying with generic emails that are clearly sent to anyone who tried to contact them. There has been no updates in almost 3 days which is more than the days that it should have taken to receive my package. I still have no package or true tracking information. I was patient and waited all on the business day time frames that are listed on the website. I paid for express shipping hoping i would get my order fast like the policies state online. This business has no true customer service department. ![]()
